Baytril 10% Oral Solution is an oral antibiotic that is given in food or directly in the mouth. The active substance is Enrofloxacin, which comes from the class of antibiotics quinolones. DOSAGE FOR EACH SPECIES:
Medicated water should be prepared immediately before use. During treatment, birds should not have access to other water. All birds should be provided with access to medicated water.
50 ml of Baytril 10% / 100 liters of drinking water = 5 g of enrofloxacin / 100 l of drinking water (= 50 ppm) up to and including the following age groups: broilers, turkeys for fattening 1-3 weeks, breeding broilers, breeding laying hens 1 -5 weeks. In the case of salmonellosis, mixed infections or chronic diseases, the recommended dose for broilers, fattening turkeys, breeding broilers for 3 weeks of hatching and breeding hens for 5 weeks of hatching is as follows: 100 ml Baytril 10% 100 l of drinking water = 10 g of enrofloxacin / 100 liters of drinking water (= 100 ppm).
